We like to make things as easy as possible for you and we offer you 2 choices of payment. You can pay by either of the following : Paypal Credit / Debit card How do I pay using PayPal ? Follow the usual payment procedure if you wish to pay by PayPal. Login to your account, go to MY , and select the item you have bought from your Purchase History. There will be an option to pay for the item. How do I pay via Credit/Debit Card? PayPal can also accept payments with your credit/debit card.To use your Credit/Debit card with Paypal does Not require a PayPal account. Delivery We aim to manufacture and ship ALL items within 1 - 2 working days of receiving cleared payment. All orders placed over Week-Ends and Bank Holidays are dealt with for production, despatch and delivery on the next Working Day. ( For example, orders placed on a Saturday will be dealt with by our sales office and manufacturing team 1st thing Monday morning. Orders placed on a Bank Holiday Monday will be dealt with by our office and manufacturing team on the Tuesday) How much will my delivery cost ? Our standard shipping rate is £5.50 per item. Additional items are charged at £2.50 per extra item. Delivery of your order is 2-3 Days Do you provide an Express Delivery ? YES - Express Delivery is available charged at £6.71 per item. Additional items are charged at £2.50 per extra item. Delivery of your item is via overnight 24hr Courier Do you ship to Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands & Islands, Isle of Man and Channel islands ? YES - We ship to all of these locations, prices as follows for single items. Northern Ireland = £29.50 ( 2-3 days ). Scottish Highlands and Islands = £29.50 ( 2-3 days exc ZE 1-3 ) Shetland Isles ZE 1-3 = £ 29.50 ( 3-5 days ) Isle of Man = £44.11 ( 3 day Service ) Channel Islands = £64.12 Please Note: Our courier contract is specifically for mainland UK excluding the highlands, islands and NI, so prices may seem high to these destinations in comparison to our standard delivery charges. You are always welcome to arrange your own courier to collect the goods if you have an arrangement that works out better for you. Please bear in mind that our warehouse staff can only sign for collection and will not be able to fill out couriers despatch details on collection, so please ensure that pick up requires just the parcel to be ready and a signature to confirm collection. Can goods be sent to an alternative address? YES. - As long as the address is registered on your PayPal account. If you wish to send to alternative address, then please ensure that your alternative address details are updated on your PayPal account prior to ordering. Do I need to be in to Sign for my Delivery ? ALL the courier companies we use will require a signature. Please ensure that there is someone available to sign for the parcel at the address you have registered with PayPal. What if I miss my Delivery ? If you are unfortunate, and miss the courier delivery, then the delivery driver will post a card with the details of the local delivery depot. The courier will attempt delivery TWICE. There will be a phone number on the card of the local depot. It is advisable to speak to them to arrange the best time for re-delivery. After the second delivery, the courier will hold your goods at the local delivery depot for 3 days, to give you the chance to pick them up in person. If during this time of attempted delivery and 3 day storage by the depot that you fail to contact the courier, then this will mean the goods are returned through the courier network back to our warehouse. When parcels that are returned to us as "undelivered" by the courier, we as a company are charged £15 for the 2 way transit of the goods. This 2 way transit charge of £15 for undelivered goods will be passed on to yourselves or deducted from any refund requested. We ask that if you have not received your order within 5 days of purchasing, that you contact ourselves 1st, and we can check where the parcel is in the courier network, because we understand that mistakes sometimes happen. What if my item arrives damaged ? We fully understand, that shipping goods through a parcel delivery network means that occasionally items are damaged. Thankfully this is a rare occurrence, as we constantly monitor the performance of our couriers for both speed of delivery, and also of delivery of items in a satisfactory condition. Our packaging is constantly updated in efforts to minimise any potential risk for damage during transit. It is VERY IMPORTANT that you check the parcel on arrival. If the parcel looks damaged, then please highlight this to the delivery driver, and when signing for the item, be sure to state that you are signing for the goods in whatever description is applicable, such as damaged / ripped packaging / loose packaging etc. Please take a photograph of the Outer Packaging and also of any damage to the goods inside the packaging. Contact us through the mesaaging system and we'll let you know where to email the photo of the damage. When contacting us to report this via email, please include your username, the item details, your contact delivery details and a contact telephone number. Once the procedure for damaged goods has been followed and the issue logged and confirmed by ourselves, we will arrange for replacement goods to be despatched to you. Damaged goods must be reported to ourselves as outlined above within 7 days of the goods being signed for as Damaged. Returns Policy We understand that occasionally goods need to be returned to us. How do I return goods I am not entirely happy with ? We make it easy to return goods within our terms and conditions How long do I have to return the unwanted item ? All anticipated returns must be informed to us in writing within 30 days of receipt of the goods. Once we have been informed in writing of your desire to return the goods, then you have 14 days in which to return them to our warehouse. Our returns policy stipulates that you must use a trackable, recorded and insured delivery service to return the item to our warehouse. We ask that you keep us informed of the progress and any tracking details that you have for items that you return. We suggest using ParcelForce or Royal Mail insured and trackable services, as this is often the easiest solution for private individuals without courier accounts. Our customer service team will advise you of our returns warehouse address on receipt of your email indicating your wish to return. How do I Re-Package items for return ? We ask that all goods are returned to us in their original packaging. This means that canvas prints must still be wrapped with the cellophane wrapper intact. Sets of canvases and individual canvases must be repackaged with care in the packaging that the goods arrived in. It is your responsibility to ensure that the goods reach us in a perfect condition that enables us to resell them again as new. All sets of canvases must be repackaged with canvases packed in to the boxes "face to face" and "back to back", so that the rear of the canvases do not scratch the front face of the canvas. Any damage to canvas item will be deducted from any due refund accordingly. Can I return bespoke items ? If you have requested a custom size or design then naturally, this is bespoke to yourselves and your needs, and is not an item we can resell on return. For this reason, bespoke items pass strictly through our quality control on manufacture and are non-refundable items. What if I've ordered the Wrong item ? Can it be cancelled ? Our manufacturing and warehouse team turn orders around very quickly. If you feel that you have somehow ordered the wrong item and wish to cancel it or change it, then it is important that we are informed as soon as possible. We suggest contacting us by email. If the item has already been despatched, then this will mean that the courier will attempt delivery at your address. If delivery is refused because you have made the mistake of ordering the wrong item, then the courier will return the item to us marked as "refused delivery". This will incur a charge of £15 from the courier to ourselves. This charge will be passed on to yourselves, and will be deducted from any subsequent refund. Alternatively, you can accept delivery of the wrongly ordered item and arrange for it to be sent back to our warehouse by yourself at your own cost via a trackable insured delivery service. Do I need to pay for the return delivery on an unwanted item ? Yes. The obligation is with yourself to return the item to us at your own expense through a trackable insured courier service. We must be advised in writing of this wish to return within 30 days of receiving the goods. You then have a further 14 days to arrange for the safe delivery of the item back to our warehouse. All refunds are processed by our customer service team within 31 days. Often refunds are processed much quicker, usually within 7 days of receipt of returned goods, that are checked in by our warehouse, inspected and passed as being in perfect condition for resale and with original packaging intact. Full cost of the item purchased will be credited to you as long as the return condition is as new, and in original packaging. Refund does not include any shipping charges, either from our warehouse to your delivery address, or for you returning the unwanted goods to our warehouse. Refunded money is for the cost of the item only. Terms and Conditions of Sale When you buy an item from us, a contract is formed between ourselves Wallfillers Canvas and you the Buyer. Payment must be made within 5 days of end of auction or of selecting and clicking on Buy it Now. The price of the items are as quoted in the listing and these prices include VAT at current rate. All anticipated returns must be informed to us in writing within 30 days after the day of receipt of the goods. Carriage costs are the responsibility of the Buyer for both delivery to Buyer address and for any returns to our warehouse. It is buyers responsibility to ensure that they are available to accept delivery within the given timeframe for delivery highlighted in the listing. If the Buyer fails to accept delivery and items are returned to our warehouse, these courier costs are passed on to the Buyer. Buyers arranging their own method of delivery to their listed address are wholly responsible for the items during transit and in the event of return. Buyers who select products for delivery outside of the UK are responsible for any local taxes and fees. If you change your mind regards the purchase, you can cancel your contract with us in writing within 30 days after day of delivery. If you believe the items to be damaged on arrival, then this must be made known to the delivery company at time of delivery and signed for as damaged on arrival. If you believe that items have arrived in a damaged or un described state but the packaging shows no signs of damage, we ask that you contact us and describe the item and if necessary photograph it. You have a legal obligation to take care of the products whilst in your possession and in the event of cancellation ensure they are returned to our warehouse in a saleable condition. All costs associated with the return of unwanted items are the responsibility of the Buyer, as is their duty to securely package items for transit to our warehouse. If an item is returned to us because you have cancelled your contract within the 14 day period, we will process the refund less any possible deductions for condition and carriage. Our Liability to you the Buyer is for cost of item only and not for any incurred carriage costs either way. Refunds will be made through the same method as original payment.
